How much does Flip or Pass cost?

Free accounts get 3 searches per day with full verdicts and fee breakdowns. Pro is $9.99/month or $89.99/year and includes a 7-day free trial — unlimited searches, sold-data lookups, AI photo identification, and manual comparable selection.

How accurate are the price estimates?

We analyze up to 200 live eBay listings and apply category-specific fees from eBay's actual fee schedule (50+ categories). Pro members also see real sold prices, sales velocity, and trend data so verdicts are based on what items actually sold for, not what they're listed at.

What does the AI photo scan do?

Snap a photo of any item — a sneaker, a vintage radio, a controller — and the AI identifies it (brand, model, era), then automatically searches for comparable listings. No typing required. Available to Pro members.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings in the app and tap Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. iOS subscribers manage their plan through the App Store.

Do you offer refunds?

The 7-day free trial gives you full Pro access before you're charged. After that, refund requests are handled case by case — reach out within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong and we'll make it right.

Does this work for marketplaces other than eBay?

Right now Flip or Pass is built around eBay's data and fee structure. Multi-marketplace support (Mercari, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace) is on the roadmap.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, search history, and saved items. You can also email us via the contact page if you need help.
